About these terms

These terms apply to the Black Knight Tire wholesale portal. By using it, you agree to them. Orders are covered by our Terms of sale.

Dealer accounts

Accounts are for businesses we approve, and an account is activated only once a signed pre-authorized credit card agreement is on file. The person signing in must be authorized to order for the business.

Sign-in links are emailed to you and are personal, so don't forward them. You're responsible for order requests sent from your account. Keep your email account secure, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your dealer account. You can sign out of other devices from your Account page.

We can suspend or close an account, for example for a past-due balance or misuse of the portal.

Confidential pricing

Dealer prices, lists and anything else you see only when signed in are confidential. Don't publish or share them, or give anyone else access to them. Use them only to buy from us.

Using this site

Don't copy or scrape the catalog, try to get around sign-in, test or disrupt the site's security, or use the portal for anything unlawful.

Product information and errors

We work to keep photos, specifications and prices accurate. Photos may show a similar size or finish, and specifications come from the manufacturers. If we find an error in a price or description, we correct it. If it affects an order request you sent, we tell you before we confirm, and you can cancel. We are not bound by an obvious pricing error.

Availability

Lists and stock change without notice. We may change, pause or stop any part of the portal.

Brands and content

Brand names, logos and product images belong to their owners. The Black Knight Tire name and logo belong to us. Don't use them without permission.

Limitation of liability

The portal is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the portal or being unable to use it. For orders, our Terms of sale set out our liability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Using the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
